What you will do
As a Sales Manager TRC, you will:
New Business Growth Map and segment the can‑food and ready‑meal market; build a focused prospection pipeline.
Develop and sell clear value propositions for TRC, converting prospects into customers.
Lead full sales cycle for new TRC opportunities. Sales Management – Existing Customers Own TRC sales performance for existing customers in collaboration with Key Account Managers.
Drive volume, margin, and portfolio penetration growth through customer sales plans.
Identify upsell, cross‑sell, and expansion opportunities. Strategy & Sales Execution Develop and execute the TRC business and sales plan (strategy, pricing, portfolio, capabilities).
Act as TRC commercial lead in CE sales and Installation‑to‑Performance processes.
