Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets within the pharmaceutical market
• Manage and grow key accounts including hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals
• Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of Medical Representatives to meet and exceed sales goals
• Monitor team performance through KPIs, coaching, and field visits
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and product positioning to identify new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare stakeholders
