  1. Develop sales team targets aligned with the company’s overall sales strategy and annual objectives, ensuring the achievement of key metrics such as revenue and profit margins.
  2. Manage relationships with key accounts and collaborate closely with internal departments (e.g., procurement, finance) to resolve partnership matters, including product customization and after-sales support, to drive and expand business scope.
  3. Support the establishment and continuous improvement of the sales framework, including refining customer management processes, designing incentive programs, and adapting sales strategies in response to market dynamics.
  4. Monitor, analyze, and evaluate sales performance data (e.g., revenue, collection rates) and team results
  5. Work closely with senior management on new market development, major tenders, sales cost management, and cross-functional resource coordination to accelerate business growth.
