            Job Description  To generate room sales to meet Management’s sales target. 
Build and maintain relationships with existing and/or new customers to enable future bookings. 
Solving customer complaints and problems to ensure customer satisfaction. 
Coordinating with the Front Office, Reservation, and Housekeeping to meet the needs and requirements of the customers. 
Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Head of Department. 
 Job Requirements  5 working days per week. 
Min 1 - 2 years of sales experience in the Hotel industry or other sales industries. 
Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent. 
Good communication and strong negotiation skills. 
Good customer service. 
Prompt response to all forms of inquiries.
