            Job Description  Plan, coordinate and manage implementation of marketing events and campaigns. 
Build activity workflow, templates, tools and reports to optimize marketing ROI. 
Coach, counsel, recruit, train, and discipline employees. 
Develop targeted new key account relationships and drive revenue growth. 
Keep track of and coordinate key retailer monthly sales reports and circulate as required to the designated teams. 
Based on retailer sales reports, provide analysis and action plans to boost sales. 
Consult customers’ marketing needs and provide value-based customer-focused solutions to meet their business goals. 
Build and maintain strong relationships with our customers. 
Improve retention and growth of existing business. 
 Requirements  Analyze operating and financial statements for profitability ratios. 
Minimum 2 years of proven sales track record.
