Responsibilities 1. Sales Execution & Revenue Growth Drive sales activities in the Singapore and Southeast Asia markets to achieve and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets. Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to contract negotiation and closing. Identify and develop new business opportunities within the K-12, higher education, and corporate training sectors. 2. Team Leadership & Operations Lead and manage a sales team (up to 10 members), providing daily guidance, performance coaching, and motivation. Optimize sales SOPs and operational workflows to improve conversion rates and team efficiency. Conduct regular training sessions for the team on product knowledge, especially regarding AI-empowered teaching tools and OMO modes. 3.
