            Determine and focus on fleet owners, operators, and energy suppliers who may have needs for upgrades and retrofits. 
Advance the range of fuel‑conversion and emission‑reducing technologies in accordance with customer sustainability goals and changing IMO rules. 
Actively create a robust pipeline of possibilities by direct interaction, gatherings, and professional networks. 
Work together with the Product Center, Technical Sales, and Engineering to create specialized, technically sound retrofit packages. 
Examine engine configurations, operational data, and vessel parameters to ascertain ROI and viability. 
Have technical‑commercial conversations with clients to coordinate on scope and expectations. 
Create and deliver proposals that include risk assessments, pricing plans, and cost estimates, as well as time constraints.
