PHirst Park Homes by Century Properties Group is looking for a Sales Manager to lead our field sales teams across Visayas and Mindanao.

This is a field-based, in-house role. This is NOT a project-based or international assignment.

What you'll do

• Recruit, train, and manage a team of Property Specialists and Sales Directors
• Drive weekly and monthly sales targets across assigned VISMIN communities
• Conduct field coaching, ride-alongs, and site visits
• Monitor pipeline, conversion rates, and inventory movement
• Coordinate with marketing for local activations and referral drives
