- Dasmariñas, Cavite – PHirst Park Homes Dasmariñas and surrounding communities

- General Mariano Alvarez (GMA), Cavite – PHirst Park Homes GMA and nearby areas

- Silang, Cavite – PHirst Park Homes Silang projects near Tagaytay corridor
