Position Overview
The Sales Manager position for coatings to Automotive OEMs is accountable for the following:
- Sales management for assigned client accounts in the EMEA region
- Sales management in the Middle East region with focus on Egypt and Saudi Arabia
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional activities at client accounts and within the sales region of responsibility, interacting with other functions in a matrix organization
- Full accountability and management of the order-to-cash process
- Management and development of relationships with customers, distributors, and suppliers
- Monitoring of sales performance and identification of OEM needs, in close collaboration with distribution partners
- Primary interface with distributors (in selected markets), as well as direct engagement with end customers (automotive OEMs)
