The Sales Manager – Leisure is responsible for proactively driving and maximizing revenue from the Leisure segment. This role involves strategically securing business from key Tour Operators, Travel Agencies, Wholesalers, and OTAs to ensure superior occupancy and market share for the hotel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and annual Leisure revenue targets
  • Identify, qualify, and secure new leisure business while maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts
  • Conduct regular sales calls and client site inspections
  • Monitor market trends to inform pricing strategy in coordination with the Revenue Management team.

  • Minimum of 3 years of dedicated proactive hotel sales experience in the Dubai market, specifically within the Leisure segment.

    Exceptional communication and negotiation skills in English.
