Position Overview

MAC Panel is seeking a driven and strategic Regional Sales Manager to expand our presence in key high-reliability markets, with a primary focus on Aerospace & Defense.

This role is responsible for developing new business, managing existing accounts, and driving revenue growth across strategic EMEA markets. Primary geographic focus includes the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, and the Nordic region, with additional opportunities in select NATO-aligned and high-technology European markets.

• Aerospace & Defense OEMs
• Defense primes and subsystem suppliers
• Automated test equipment (ATE) integrators
• Military/aerospace test labs
