Responsibilities

• Market and sell Megaworld Corporation properties through various sales and marketing initiatives.
• Recruit, train, and develop Property Specialists.
• Create marketing activities for their sales team.
• Conduct regular coordination and meetings with Property Specialists.
• Supervise marketing and sales activities of their sales team.
• Reports directly to their assigned Sales Director.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any bachelor’s degree or must have completed at least 2 years in college.
• With at least 2 years of related managerial experience real estate industry.
• Preferably licensed Real Estate Broker/ Salesperson.
• With strong presentation skills and excellent planning skills.
• Open to work during weekends and holidays.
• Must have at least 3 recruits of Property Specialist.
