Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and manage Sales Consultants
- Drive achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Develop and implement sales action plans
- Monitor pipeline, productivity, and client accounts
- Support recruitment and onboarding of new sellers
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
- At least 3 years of real estate sales experience
- Proven leadership and team management skills
