Role
• The purpose of this role is to recruit, set goals, coach and monitor top sales performance
• Responsible for the day-to-day management of sales team members
Responsibilities
• Ensure sales team members are fully resourced and equipped with required sales documentations (including marketing materials, proposals and contract templates)
• Motivating, guiding abd educating the sales team on best practices. Provide the support and confidence the team needs to sell effectively
• Lead by example in achieving personal and team targets month on month
• Ensure compliance with company minimum standards for the Sales function. Ability to enforce sales team adoption and use of Salesforce CRM tool for sales process management
