- Take care of Ocean, Air Business and Customs procedures with team members; - Support, consult the clients and negotiating with vendors when required; - To make business plan and implement sales strategies; - To support the General Manager, Sales Team and take care sales progress, new project and pay efforts to achieve the targets; - To ensure the cooperation with Operations Dept conform to laws, policies, rules and regulations of the relevant authorities and the company; - Expand the potential customer base; - Follow up and control employees’ performance, make training plan for sales dept members; - Create new services, business tools to bring breakthrough into the market; - Issue market reports, find the solution to attract customers to bring long-lasting relationship. - Any others relevant duties as assigned by General Manager.
