We are hiring a Sales Leader for Jain Udyog at Silchar.

This role is not for someone who only waits for walk-ins.

We are looking for a leader who can build a proactive sales culture — someone who can guide, motivate and develop a team to create demand in the market.

The role will involve:

• Leading 30 Sales Consultants, ASMs and telecalling team

• Improving discipline and accountability

• Increasing inquiry generation

• Building digital and reel-based lead culture

• Training the team in personal branding and relationship selling

• Driving premium vehicle growth across Silchar, Karimganj, Hailakandi, Badarpur and Cachar

Automobile experience is preferred, but not mandatory.

We are open to strong leaders from automobile, insurance, banking, FMCG or other sales-driven industries.

Essential requirement:

Ability to communicate effectively in Bengali.
