Responsibilities
Listing properties in your assigned area, prospecting and networking.
Verifying all necessary property documentation and securing mediation agreements with owners while adhering to company commission policies.
Providing client relationships by giving regular updates and reports to vendors on market status and Blue Square listed properties.
Updating our CRM with client requirements and maintaining your database to meet commercial requirements.
Living in the requested area.
Requirements
Fluency in English is essential with another native/advanced tongue such as Spanish, Dutch, German or French.
