Business Development & Sales

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for LED lighting solutions in target segments (e.g. F&B, retail, offices, industrial, food services).
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation, site visits and proposals to negotiation and closing.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Customer & Project Management

  • Conduct on-site surveys and basic lighting assessments to understand customer needs and current installations.
  • Prepare quotations, cost‑benefit and ROI analyses, including projected energy savings.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (engineering/operations) for design, installation scheduling and after‑sales support.
  • Maintain strong, long‑term relationships with key accounts and partners (e.g. contractors, facility managers).
