Ensure timely submission of merchant onboarding documents and required reports.
Gather and share market feedback from merchants and competitors to help improve ShopeeFood’s offerings.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth merchant onboarding and follow‑through after sign‑up.
Perform any other ad hoc tasks assigned as business expands.
