Ensure sales team coordination work from customer order, price quotations, liaison with customers on pre-production requirement and provide all necessary information to ensure goods are follow specification and on time delivery.
To identify potential market for business development and penetration.
Handle credit assessment and recommendation on new and existing customers and ensure it is compliance to credit control guidelines.
Attend customer issue and problem solving and verify the defect of products to liaison with relevant departments.
Carry out action to ensure payment collection.
Ensure the effectiveness in implementation of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and Occupational Safety and Health Procedures within the departments.
Requirements
Degree in Business , Marketing or Engineering.
