Sales & Counter Performance
Monitor daily sales performance of assigned outlets and consignment counters.
Follow up with promoters / supervisors on daily sales achievement.
Assist in pushing monthly sales targets for assigned counters.
Identify weak counters and highlight issues with proposed action plans.
Prepare weekly sales summary and basic sales analysis.
Retail / Consignment Counter Operations
Follow up on daily counter operations to ensure smooth operation.
Coordinate with department store PIC / buyers on counter matters, promotion, events, stock issues and operational updates.
Assist in handling counter issues such as stock shortage, display issues, staff matters, customer complaints and promotion execution.
Ensure promoters and counter staff follow company SOP.
Stock Coordination
Coordinate with warehouse team for stock replenishment, stock transfer and new arrival distribution.
