- Welcoming customers to the dealership, understanding their needs, establishing their budget, and providing vehicle information.
- Demonstrating and explaining vehicle features and accompany customers on test drives.
- Negotiating the price, including any trade-in value and selling additional products such as accessories or warranties.
- Discussing customer’s financing requirements, and tailoring solutions.
- Ensuring the showroom and used car display are kept clean and tidy to create a positive first impression.
- Liaising with customers after a sale to ensure their satisfaction and keep them updated on their order.
