Bina BioX is hiring its first Sales Executive to own our B2B commercial pipeline — from prospecting to close. You will target procurement decision‑makers in packaging, manufacturing, hospitality, and corporate ESG, representing a first‑mover product with no domestic competition. This is a commission‑based, uncapped role reporting directly to the Founder & CEO, with real influence over how Bina BioX grows commercially across Malaysia and into Southeast Asia.
We are looking for someone with 1–4 years of B2B sales or business development experience who can manage a pipeline independently, explain an unfamiliar technical product clearly, and stay disciplined across long sales cycles. An existing network in manufacturing, FMCG, packaging, or corporate sustainability procurement is a strong advantage. You need to be comfortable with commission‑only structure and genuinely motivated by results — this role rewards closers, not order‑takers.
