Purpose of the Role To generate hotel revenue by promoting rooms, banquet facilities, conferences, events, Restaurant and other hotel services to corporate clients, travel agents, and individual customers.
Key Responsibilities
· Identify and develop new business opportunities for the hotel.
· Visit corporate offices, travel agencies, and potential clients to promote hotel services.
· Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
· Prepare and submit sales proposals, contracts, and quotations.
· Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.
· Coordinate with Front Office, Reservations, Banquet, and F&B departments to meet client requirements.
· Conduct market research and monitor competitors' activities.
· Follow up on inquiries, leads, and customer feedback.
· Organize and participate in sales calls, exhibitions, and promotional events.
· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
