• To secure, manage and achieve maximum sales in events, social & recreational activities, etc. to meet revenue forecasts.
• Develop, service and manage designated accounts, maintaining relationship with key accounts.
• Identify new business opportunities, follow up on business referrals/enquiries and potential sales.
• Conduct site inspection for potential clients.
• Generate proposals and contracts.
• Communicate client’s needs to respective departments, handle any issues that may arise, coordinate with suppliers and respective internal departments to resolve issues to maximise guest satisfaction.
• Provide feedback to Sales Leadership on market situation and competitors’ activities.
• Generate ‘out of box’ ideas for sales and motivational initiatives in developing promotional packages and sales strategies.
