- Build and maintain a qualified, traceable sales pipeline
- Pipeline updated monthly and submitted two days before KPI meetings
- Systematic targeting by geography or market segment
- Telephonic cold calling as per schedule
- Accurate activity reporting for calls and appointments
Appointments
- Conduct face-to-face appointments as per target schedule
- Assess and understand client needs using the WITY tool
Financials
- Accurate quotations and invoicing based on current pricing
- Accurate monthly sales reporting against budgets
Targets
- Targets aligned to Sales Executive budget and service portfolio
- To be discussed and agreed with candidate
Proposal / Quote
- Relevant proposals or quotations aligned to financials
- Annuity quotes over R10,000 per month to be presented in person unless
part of tender or RFP process
