Educational Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Islamic Studies, or a related field (preferred).
- Relevant certifications in travel, tourism, or religious pilgrimage services are an advantage.
Experience
- Minimum of 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in travel, pilgrimage services, or tour operations.
- Prior experience handling Hajj and Umrah packages is highly preferred.
- Experience working with Muslim clients, mosques, Islamic organizations, or religious groups is an advantage.
