Job Description

  • Implement a personal sales call plan with regular follow-up and adapt as needed based on market demands.
  • Develop and implement follow-up plans for prospective business leads.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies for the MICE and conference segments, monitoring their effectiveness.
  • Adhere to the hotel’s rate structure, securing approval for any deviations from the HOS / Director of Revenue.
  • Conduct market research to identify and source new MICE and leisure business opportunities.
  • Use lost business contacts in Delphi to reactivate and convert past opportunities.
  • Identify and convert qualified sales leads into revenue-generating business.
  • Provide regular reporting on activity outcomes and insights to support decision-making.
