            Sales Executive (Construction)  5 Days Workweek 
Location: Boon Lay 
Basic Salary + Transport Allowance: S$3,000 – S$4,500 
Attractive Sales Commission Scheme 
 Key Responsibilities  Develop and manage sales opportunities for scaffolding systems, aluminium formwork, bridge components, and other construction materials. 
Establish, develop, and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. 
Prepare and present quotations, tenders, and technical proposals to secure sales opportunities. 
Negotiate pricing and contract terms to successfully close deals. 
Provide after-sales support and coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely fulfilment of customer requirements. 
Analyse sales performance and market trends to identify business opportunities and drive growth. 
Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Management.
