Mission


As a Sales Engineer at Epiroc, your mission is to drive profitable growth by developing strong customer relationships, identifying opportunities, and offering tailored solutions from our product portfolio. 

You will work in the field, covering your territory through proactive visit planning, frequent travel, and close collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders. Actively visiting prospects and named existing customers



Performing operational and needs analyses to identify how Epiroc’s solutions can optimize customer productivity.

Preparing and managing tender documentation, quotations, and negotiations, ensuring all business processes are followed through our CRM system (Salesforce).

Managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closing, financing, invoicing, and post-sales support.

Collaborating with internal teams across departments to align on customer needs and deliver successful outcomes.
