Key Duties - Handle customer and distributor enquiries via phone, email, and fax
- Prepare and issue quotations in response to customer requests
- Process sales orders and monitor order status from placement through to delivery
- Liaise with the factory to follow up on production and shipment schedules
- Conduct customer visits to maintain and grow account relationships
- Assist with ad-hoc projects and assignments as required
Requirements - Diploma in Engineering, or GCE A-Level with relevant sales experience preferred
- 1–3 years of sales, customer service, or engineering-related experience — fresh candidates welcome
- PC literate with proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Meticulous, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks independently
