Your tasks:
In this position, you will ensure a long-term profitable business for the company by developing and consolidating a customer network in the region. You will work with the BDMs and product management to fulfill customer needs and follow market trends.
Coordinate, visit, support and train major customersPrioritise projects and activitiesNegotiate projects and ordersDefine budget with Country Manager and Communicate results (e.g. KPIs) and specific needs on a regular basisAttend staff meetings to coordinate workflow and prioritiesAssist management in identifying weaknesses and threats in these processes and define action plans to address them as soon as possibleidentify and coordinate specific customer needs in product lines (e.g. new products, accessories) with Business Development Managers, R&D and Product ManagementVisits to headquarter as required fo...
