WHAT YOU’LL DO:
You’ll play a key enablement role within NZME’s Commercial Operations team, supporting our Direct Sales teams nationwide to perform at their best. Your focus is on equipping sales teams with the right tools, systems, events, and programmes to help them grow revenue, retain clients, and position NZME as the media partner of choice for New Zealand businesses.
HOW YOU’LL DO IT:
Enable Direct Sales teams across radio, print, and digital to deliver consistent, high‑impact sales execution.
Partner with regional leaders to build a high‑performance, accountable sales culture, tracking KPIs through HubSpot.
Lead national sales events and conferences, including the Annual Sales Academy and GSM/SM Conference.
Own commercial Reward & Recognition programmes, including the Top Sales Performer event.
