PRIMARY FUNCTION
Support the Area Sales and Operations Manager (ASOM) in achieving retail sales targets and business objectives by:
Managing daily counter operations efficiently.Developing and supervising Beauty Advisors (BAs) and Airport Coordinators (APC).Coordinating marketing activities and executing point-of-sale strategies for product launches and promotions.Planning, implementing, and monitoring incentive programs for BAs.Leading and motivating BAs and APCs to maximize brand retail sales.RESPONSIBILITIES
