The Opportunity
- Lead a distributed BDM team across UK/EMEA, APAC and the US — coaching, setting direction and driving consistent commercial rhythm
- Own revenue, gross profit and margin performance for the RF Communications and Test product lines globally
- Build commercial capability in the US, the largest growth market (~$6m and rising)
