Responsibilities
- Develop and execute overall sales strategy aligned with company growth objectives
- Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team to achieve revenue targets
- Drive business development across key segments (developers, main contractors, interior designers, corporate clients)
- Build and maintain high-level client relationships and strategic partnerships
- Oversee major project negotiations, tenders, and contract closings
- Collaborate with production and operations teams to ensure project delivery and client satisfaction
- Monitor market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activities
- Establish KPIs, sales pipelines, and performance tracking systems
