Responsibilities Develop and execute sales growth and market expansion strategies to increase local cutting tool market share in Singapore Manage key client relationships to drive business development and customer retention Oversee P&L management and allocate resources to optimize financial performance Optimize operational processes and inventory levels to improve efficiency and reduce costs Lead and manage the sales and operations team to achieve business objectives Prepare reports and collaborate effectively with headquarters to align strategies and operations Required competencies and certifications Demonstrated minimum 15 years of sales experience, including at least 10 years in the cutting tool industry Proven minimum 5 years of management experience leading teams or departments Experience working within a global company environment Proficiency in English to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
