Role Overview

The Sales Director is responsible for driving revenue growth, developing strategic client relationships, and leading business development initiatives across the agency’s portfolio of public relations, marketing communications, advertising, digital marketing, branding, and creative services. This role will oversee the full sales cycle—from prospecting and lead generation to proposal development, contract negotiation, and account expansion—while collaborating closely with internal teams to deliver client-focused solutions.
