Position Overview Seeking a results-driven Sales Director with strong expertise in the New Energy sector to lead regional business development, expand channel partnerships and generate sales growth across international markets.
Responsibilities - Identify new business opportunities and convert project requirements into confirmed sales orders
- Develop and manage brand agents, distributors and sales channel partners
- Expand OEM customer base and strengthen regional sales networks
- Conduct market research to monitor industry standards, competition and demand trends
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure customer project delivery and satisfaction
- Lead commercial negotiations and maintain strong client relationships
- Support after-sales operations and drive solutions to resolve major customer concerns
- Perform additional duties assigned by management
