About the role

As an SDR, you will be the engine of our growth. You will bridge the gap between marketing interest and closed deals by proactively engaging with inbound and outbound leads. Your goal is to create high-quality sales opportunities through disciplined multi-channel outreach and meticulous CRM management.


Key Responsibilities

  • Execute outbound outreach campaigns across WhatsApp, email, and other channels, working alongside the GTM team to hit weekly and monthly targets
  • Engage inbound and outbound leads promptly, qualifying intent, handling initial objections, and converting conversations into booked meetings for the Business Development team
  • Manage and schedule appointments, ensuring a seamless handover of high-intent leads.
  • Keep CRM data accurate and up to date — logging all interactions, updating lead statuses, and flagging data gaps, maintaining high data hygiene.
