We are seeking a Sales Development Representative to drive growth through outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification.
Responsibilities
- Drive Synthesia’s growth through inbound and cold outreach/prospection activities
- Educate and work on leads via phone calls, emails, LinkedIn messaging, social media, events, webinars, and campaigns
- Develop an in-depth understanding of each lead generation process, supporting marketing activities, prospect touch‑points, and Account Executive hand‑off
- Create and activate email sequences, make cold calls to map and penetrate accounts
- Conduct discovery and follow‑up calls/emails until meetings are set
