Already have 1-3 years of concrete Sales experience in a full-time position with outbound calling, and understand the fundamentals of prospecting & qualification
Show a strong interest in ESG/climate transition and the desire to learn fast about our sector
Love picking up the phone and speaking with prospects - hunter mindset
Demonstrate excellent relational skills: empathy, active listening, and the ability to rephrase needs clearly
Are structured, organised, and rigorous in managing your time and pipeline
Are a true team player, motivated by collective success before individual wins
Learn quickly, welcome feedback, enjoy being challenged and challenge others
Are fully fluent in English and ideally also fluent in German or Dutch
(Desirable) Know lead qualification frameworks (BANT, MEDDIC ...)
(Desirable) Have experience in SaaS, climate, or tech environment
