As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be the first point of contact for inbound leads at Infobip. Your mission is to respond fast, qualify effectively, and connect prospects with the right Sales, Partnerships, or Mid‑Market teams. This role is a key entry point into our commercial organization, with strong exposure to Marketing, Sales, and our platform.
What you’ll do
- Manage inbound leads for your region, responding within strict SLAs.
- Qualify prospects via inbound calls, live chat, and contact forms.
- Identify customer needs, segment, and vertical early to route leads correctly.
- Set up high‑quality meetings for Account Executives and Mid‑Market teams.
- Maintain accurate lead, account, and activity data in Salesforce.
