Job Purpose
The Sales Development Executive (SDE) supports Sales Development and GTM execution in the CCD General Trade business by enabling distribution expansion, driving retail execution, and strengthening channel effectiveness. The role ensures the implementation of GTM strategies, improves availability and visibility at retail outlets, and strengthens distributor operations to accelerate sales growth in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
The role carries the following key deliverables:
Execute GTM plans shared by the RSDM to expand market coverage across assigned territories.
Support distributor onboarding, productivity improvement, and ensure adherence to sales processes.
Drive secondary sales by assisting the sales team with outlet expansion, beat optimization, and coverage efficiency.
