Preparation of quotations, sales & delivery orders promptly to the customer.
Issue P.O. acknowledgement to customer and create order entry in system.
Collaborate with the planning team on escalations and pull in orders to maximize shipment.
Coordinate shipment with logistics team and handle shipment issue.
Maintaining Sales: Order intake into the ERP system for order triggering preparation.
Coordinate for all respective customer RFQs and ensure they are submitted on time in order to position ourselves to win the project for strategic customers.
Job sheet preparation for order launching to the internal team.
Inventory management, stock‑take, Buffer stock, VMI, Kanban or Consignment Agreement.
Coordinate and follow up with internal departments of customer open order and meet with the planner to obtain internal committed delivery and resolve issues.
