We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Sales Coordinator (Project) to join our team. This role is essential in supporting our sales operations and ensuring smooth coordination across departments.
Job Description: Prepare proposal, and paperwork, such as quotation, sales order / purchase orders, and others Provide administrative support on sales related tasks, including system maintenance Assist in customer service (work with customers directly when necessary) Work with Procurement Team to obtain the best price and terms to close sales Coordinate with other stakeholders to ensure alignment of expectations and project completion within schedule.
