Sales Coordination – Sales Support

Responsibilities include:

  • Sales Reporting & Analysis: Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports; analyze sales performance by territory, customer and product; maintain dashboards and tracking sheets for management review; monitor sales targets vs actual performance.
  • Sales Team Support: Support Sales Manager in daily operations and coordination; assist sales executives in order processing and follow‑ups; ensure timely communication between the sales team and back office; coordinate field visit schedules and route plans.
  • Order & Stock Coordination: Track customer orders from placement to delivery; coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for dispatch; monitor stock availability and highlight shortages.
