Job Responsibilities

1. Confirmation of delivery date to customer;
2. Advise customer on stock outs and when available;
3. Dealing with freight companies, getting quotes, learning shipping routes;
4. Co-ordinate with distribution to ensure all pods are returned timeously;
5. Assist with monthly stock-take duties;
6. Correspond with clients in African countries.

Desired Experience & Qualification

1. Grade 12 with a relevant Tertiary Qualification;
2. Experience in working with JDE software packages;
3. Fully bilingual - English and Afrikaans.
