Job Responsibilities Confirmation of delivery date to customer; Advise customer on stock outs and when available; Dealing with freight companies, getting quotes, learning shipping routes; Co-ordinate with distribution to ensure all pods are returned timeously; Assist with monthly stock-take duties; Correspond with clients in African countries.
